Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, in partnership with an AM Law 50 firm, seeks a Private Equity Associate in Washington, DC with 2–6 years of private equity experience to handle sophisticated transactions.

You will draft, review and negotiate principal and ancillary documents, coordinate diligence, signing and closing across deal teams, and advise clients on structure and risk.

This role offers high‑level exposure, direct partner collaboration, and long‑term growth in a top-tier corporate practice.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant private equity experience.
• Substantive PE deal experience in acquisitions and dispositions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication and matter-management skills.
• JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
• DC bar admission required (admitted to practice law in DC).
• Experience representing PE sponsors.

• A JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
• Candidates must have experience representing private equity sponsors in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies.
• Candidates must be admitted to practice law in DC.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000–$360,000 + benefits & bonuses. Actual base compensation may depend on class year, experience, qualifications and other job-related factors.
