GPAC is assisting a well-established San Diego litigation firm with an Associate Attorney in the Labor & Employment practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated employment matters, strong mentorship, and meaningful client interaction.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in employment litigation, experience with wage & hour matters, and are licensed in California. A collaborative environment supports long-term growth and professional advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Wage & hour class action and/or PAGA experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licensed and in good standing in California.
