Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in Texas.
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies for litigation outcomes.
• Manage court appearances, depositions, motions, and trials.
• Maintain professional client communication and relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys to support team growth.
