You will help defend complex claims spanning professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, draft pleadings and motions, and contribute to client development as the practice grows.

The Role

• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional Liability, Product Liability, Auto and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.


• Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.


• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.


• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.

The Package

• Up to $180K Base
