Qualifications

• 2+ years of substantive litigation experience preferred in insurance coverage (5–7 years stated).
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies and providing coverage opinions.
• Experience drafting litigation-related documents and participating in depositions/mediations.

Location: Miami, FL HYBRID

Our client, a leading international law firm , is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Insurance Coverage Practice Group . This growing practice handles complex, high-value coverage litigation and market conduct matters on behalf of both domestic and international insurers. The work includes commercial general liability, commercial property (including business interruption and environmental matters), errors & omissions claims involving attorneys, agents, and accountants, as well as directors' & officers' coverage. #LI-HYBRID

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Law Review and/or Honors required
• Active Bar Admission in Florida , in good standing
• 5–7 years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus on insurance coverage matters
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies
• Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations
• Demonstrated experience drafting litigation-related documents
• Experience participating in litigation proceedings , including depositions and mediations , among others
• Familiarity with some or all of the following: bad faith insurance claims, commercial general liability , commercial property , errors & omissions , and directors & officers

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary : Expected annual base salary range of $185,000–$225,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
