Leading international law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice Group in a hybrid Miami, FL setting. This role focuses on complex coverage disputes, market conduct matters, and high-value claims for domestic and international insurers.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials, Florida bar admission, 2–4 years of litigation experience, and strong research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record
• Active Florida Bar in good standing
• 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience focused on insurance coverage
• Experience drafting litigation-related documents and handling depositions/mediations

Responsabilités

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – LITIGATION

INSURANCE COVERAGE PRACTICE

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Insurance Coverage Practice Group. This growing practice handles complex, high-value coverage litigation and market conduct matters on behalf of both domestic and international insurers. The work includes commercial general liability, commercial property (including business interruption and environmental matters), errors and omissions claims involving attorneys, agents, and accountants, as well as directors and officers coverage.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented litigator to develop substantial insurance coverage experience while working on significant matters within a collaborative global platform.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
  • Law Review and/or Honors
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
• 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus oninsurance coveragematters
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies
• Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations
• Demonstrated experience drafting litigation-related documents
• Experience participating in litigation proceedings, including depositions and mediations, among others
• Familiarity with some or all of the following: bad faith insurance claims, commercial general liability, commercial property, errors & omissions, and directors & officers
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: Expected annual base salary range of $120,000–$185,000, as determined by experience and market factors
