Weisinger Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney II in San Antonio to lead estate planning and probate matters, delivering clear guidance to families and ensuring a supportive client experience from consultation to plan completion.

You will manage client matters efficiently with our tech-enabled practice, collaborate with a dedicated team, and pursue growth through mentoring and community engagement while upholding our mission of dignity and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate.
• Certification to represent clients in Guardianship matters (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certification on track, or an advanced degree (LLM) preferred.
• Comfortable with technology, case management software, and working within firmwide goals/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related legal matters.
• Confidently present complex concepts in simple terms for clients.
• Guide clients through important decisions and manage caseload with minimal supervision.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents; communicate clearly with clients, attorneys, court staff, and paralegals.
• Nurture strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities for the firm.
• Participate in firm-wide growth through mentoring, lunch-and-learns, and community engagement.
• Attend networking and marketing events (some evenings/weekends).
• Work toward measurable performance goals.

You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to manage and complete client matters efficiently, leveraging our advanced technology and case management tools to provide a seamless, professional experience.

Compensation:

$105,000 - $125,000 yearly

• Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related legal matters.
