Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Review and analyze case materials, evidence, and relevant legal issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case files, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with applicable legal procedures.
