Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Liability experience with an emphasis in transportation/auto.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and drafting substantive motions.
• Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. and Maryland.

Responsibilities

• File review and legal analysis of claims.
• Represent clients in court and at arbitrations.
• Prepare for and attend trial.
