Job summary

Quilling, Selander, Lownds, Winslett & Moser P.C. in Plano, TX seeks highly motivated attorneys to manage files independently, conduct motion practice, participate in depositions and trial preparation.

The position offers a supportive, congenial team environment balanced with autonomy and hands-on experience. Ideal candidates have 3–10 years of experience, are licensed in TX or other listed states, and hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas and/or California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, or Nevada.
• J.D. from accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in federal court and state court proceedings, including depositions and motions.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents; participate in hearings.
• Review cases for liability and settlement potential; advise on dispositive motions and trial strategy.
• Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and paralegals to ensure efficient handling of cases.
• Travel as needed; work across multiple jurisdictions.
