Job summary

Stone Arch Law Office PLLC in Minneapolis, MN seeks an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of estate planning/probate experience. You will guide families through complex beneficiary dynamics, draft customized wills and trusts, and collaborate with a supportive legal team.

The firm emphasizes compassionate service and structured processes. You will lead meetings, communicate clearly, and participate in marketing events to demystify law for the community, while adhering to a high-standards workflow

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice law in Minnesota.
• Two to five (2-5) years of dedicated estate planning and/or probate experience.
• Prior experience in dispute resolution, elder law, Medical Assistance (MA) benefits, special needs planning, litigation, business succession, or real estate.
• Emotional Intelligence: Strong ability to connect compassionately with grieving or anxious families.
• Communication Mastery: A passion for education and a proven ability to translate complex statutory legal structures into universal, simple language.
• Systems Thinking: A proactive preference for structure, workflows, and strict communication standards.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Starting Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience) + bonus eligibility

• Education & Licensure
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
