You will work with mentors, handle reviews, and grow in a collaborative culture focused on meaningful impact. JD and active license required; strong communication and public speaking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license are required or attained.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills are essential.
• Comfort with public speaking, persuasion, and education-based sales is desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple software is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work early evenings twice a month is required.
• Reliable transportation—personal vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and speaking events to educate potential clients on estate and financial planning options.
• Meet with clients in consultations, gather information, and help clients take action.
• Design and review personalized estate plans to align with client goals.
• Guide clients through document signing appointments, ensuring understanding of plans.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for ongoing guidance and development.
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.
