Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admittance to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to waive in.
• At least 3 years of energy law experience including regulatory and utility matters.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities
