Job Juncture in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an Associate Attorney to join a plaintiffs' litigation practice focused on consumer protection class actions. The role offers immediate courtroom exposure and high-profile matters against well-resourced opponents.

You will manage substantial portions of complex litigation, draft key pleadings, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, and work with experts while gaining first- and second-chair experience in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-7 years of post-bar litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical and legal research skills.
• Experience with depositions, court appearances, complex discovery and ESI.
• Demonstrated desire to build a career as a litigator.
• Collaborative, intellectually curious and comfortable working in a demanding litigation environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage substantive portions of complex litigation from early case development through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions and other significant pleadings.
• Handle written discovery and complex document/ESI matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Work with experts and participate in trial preparation.
• Appear in court and develop meaningful first- and second-chair litigation experience.
• Collaborate closely with senior trial attorneys and a strong professional support team.
