The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited school, PA Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in) and at least 2 years of construction-law experience, with exposure to real estate development and contracting.

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to waive in.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction law; exposure to real estate development, contracting, or procurement preferred.
Experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities in a team setting.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned cases from inception to resolution and develop strategies for outcomes.
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide informed advice.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
Maintain proactive communication with clients about case progress and next steps.
Represent clients in negotiations to achieve favorable resolutions.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues across practice areas.
Ensure compliance with professional conduct standards and firm policies.
Assist in financial management of cases, including setting retainers and payment schedules.
Stay updated with legal developments and complete CLE requirements.
