The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of litigation experience and will assist in handling a diverse caseload in areas such as General Liability, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice. New York Bar Admission is required, and admission to the NJ Bar is a plus. The role offers a competitive base salary between $115k and $175k+, along with generous monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in NY.
• Admission to the NJ Bar is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle cases from inception to conclusion.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery.
