Associate Attorney, Civil Litigation

Davis & Ceriani is a 7-10 attorney law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation and real estate transactions located in downtown Denver. We are seeking a litigation associate with 2-8 years of experience. Prior civil litigation experience, or experience clerking for an appellate court is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school and admitted in good standing to the Colorado bar;
• Disciplined self-starter with excellent work ethic;
• Ability to plan ahead and manage both time and workflow with multiple direct reports;
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills;
• Detail oriented with strong organizational expertise;
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing abilities.
