We Are Legal Revolution in New York seeks a Capital Markets Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to handle sophisticated public securities offerings for major corporate and financial institution clients. You will work closely with partners on complex deals under the 1934 Act and gain meaningful responsibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience focused on capital markets
• Substantial experience with public securities transactions and related disclosures
• Strong knowledge of the 1934 Act and securities regulations

Responsibilities

• Advise on public securities offerings and other capital markets transactions for corporate and financial institution clients
• Handle matters involving the 1934 Act, related regulations and ongoing public company reporting obligations
• Draft and negotiate offering documents, registration statements, disclosure schedules and related transaction documentation
• Coordinate with internal corporate and finance teams across offices to execute complex, time sensitive transactions
• Work closely with partners while taking substantive ownership and direct client contact on assigned matters

We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a Chambers ranked full service firm with a nationally recognized corporate practice seeking a 3 to 5 year Capital Markets Associate to join its New York office on a hybrid basis.

This is a high impact role on a respected capital markets team handling sophisticated public securities offerings for major corporate and financial institution clients. You will work closely with experienced partners, gain meaningful responsibility on complex deals under the 1934 Act, and build a long term platform for advancement on a national and international stage.

The Role

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a 3 to 5 year Capital Markets Associate with:

• 3 to 5 years of post qualification experience focused on capital markets transactions
• Substantial experience with public securities transactions and related disclosure work
• Strong knowledge of the 1934 Act and related securities regulations
• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for prompt admission
• Ability to work in the New York office on a hybrid basis at least 3 days each week
• $225,000 to $420,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Performance based bonus opportunity
