Role Description.

Associate Attorney will handle a mix of transactional work and litigation matters on a full-time basis. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, motions, and other court filings, and managing case files. The role involves advising clients on business, real estate, contracts, participating in negotiations, and assisting with discovery, hearings, and trial preparation. The attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met. This is an on-site role located in American Fork, Utah
