gpac partners with a multi-state, award-winning law firm seeking an experienced litigation associate to join their growing team. This position can be based in Los Angeles, Irvine, San Francisco or Walnut Creek, California.

The firm focuses on complex civil matters and uses a team approach, with hours dedicated annually to pro-bono work. The candidate will need 2+ years in general civil litigation, CA Bar licensure in good standing, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule (2 days on-site in LA,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general civil litigation
• Licensed in good standing with California State Bar
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days on-site in LA, SF, OC, or Walnut Creek
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
• Significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with multiple clients

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters for multiple clients
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategy
