Job summary

MOODK’s Delaware office seeks an entry to mid-level Litigation Attorney to join a collaborative firm with flexible remote, hybrid, or onsite work options.

Qualified candidates have a DE Bar in good standing, up to 7 years of litigation experience, strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in MS Office and LexisNexis. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and active DE Bar membership in good standing.
• Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, preferably in DE but open to all candidates with relevant skills.
• Superior written and oral communications skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis.
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems.
• The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred.

ENTRY TO MID-LEVEL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

MOODK is a mid-sized, regional firm that specializes in general liability, professional liability and toxic tort litigation matters, with offices located in PA, NJ, NY, DE and MD and we are currently seeking experienced attorneys to join our team in the Delaware office in a FT remote, hybrid or onsite capacity.

Qualifications:

• Current and active DE Bar membership in good standing;
