Responsibilities

Its practice includes Tribal sovereignty, treaty rights, land rights, cultural property protection, taxation, commerce, gaming, and serious personal injury and wrongful death matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters from case development through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare persuasive written work.
• Develop litigation strategies and exercise independent judgment.
• Participate in hearings, oral advocacy, and other litigation proceedings.
• Manage assignments independently while collaborating with attorneys and clients.
• Represent Tribal interests with professionalism, tenacity, and sound judgment.

Qualifications
