Job Description:

We are looking for a Plaintiff Litigation Attorney with experience in toxic tort litigation to join our team. This role involves managing high-stakes cases from inception through trial, working closely with clients who have been exposed to harmful substances, and seeking justice on their behalf.

Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in toxic tort litigation, including cases involving asbestos, chemical exposure, and other harmful substances.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in FL.
• Significant experience in toxic tort litigation is a major plus.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
