Job summary

Denenberg Tuffley, PLLC, a growing national subrogation law firm, seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our hybrid team in Southfield, Michigan. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney handling complex, high-value matters in a collaborative environment.

You’ll manage pre-litigation investigations, oversee litigation from discovery to trial, conduct depositions, participate in mediations, and may handle matters in other states via pro hac vice.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Michigan state bar.
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle files during the pre-litigation / investigation phase, often coordinating teams of forensic experts

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in a hybrid position based in Southfield, Michigan. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to handle complex, high-value matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
