Job summary

Shah Law Group seeks a litigation attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join its expanding team in New Jersey. You will handle employment, Title 59 and commercial matters, with opportunities for high-level appellate work and cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court.

You will work directly with the Firm's Managing Partner, bring strong writing and oral advocacy, and contribute to a collaborative, pro bono–minded environment. New Jersey bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• New Jersey bar admission required.
• 1–5 years of litigation experience, including employment, Title 59, and commercial matters.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills; eager to try cases and appellate work.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment and commercial litigation matters.
• Contribute to appellate work, including potential matters before the New Jersey Supreme Court.
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner and senior team to strategize cases.
• Maintain high-quality written and oral advocacy for filings and hearings.

The ideal candidate will have experience with employment, Title 59, and commercial litigation matters, as well as a strong desire to try cases and/or participate in high-level appellate work, including participating in cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court. This position is for an attorney looking to work directly with the Firm's Managing Partner.

Qualified candidates will have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Candidates should also be enthusiastic and highly motivated. New Jersey bar admission required.
