Clyde & Co seeks a highly motivated attorney with 3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage. The position involves representation of international and domestic insurers with regards to all manner of liability policies, including directors and officers, employment practices, professional liability, commercial general liability, and commercial auto liability policies. The opportunity is suited to someone who thrives within a busy, stimulating and fast-paced team environment, and has a strong interest in working on complex insurance coverage matters.
We're Looking For Someone Who Possesses excellent academic credentials. Admitted to practice in California. Additional bar admissions are a plus. Has experience in working on complex insurance coverage matters. Litigation experience is a plus. Has excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills. Has strong organizational and time-management skills. Has the ability to simultaneously handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters. Has effective problem-solving skills. Has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

The salary range for this position is $177,000-$195,000.
The range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
