Job description

San Diego office of statewide 35+ attorney firm is seeing an associate attorney with an interest in real estate and construction litigation and transactions.

We represent over 150 public agencies and select private developers and all phases of real estate from acquisition and disposition to entitlement and CEQA.

Our litigation practice runs the gamut from one-off construction disputes to complex multi-party litigation involving hospitals, medical centers, hotels, and public school and university buildings.

Qualified candidates should have at least two years' experience with some exposure to real estate, construction, public agency representation or litigation.

Excellent writing and communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

The position can be in-office or hybrid (meaning a day or two a week in-office).

Our San Diego office is located on the water in Liberty Station.
