BCG Attorney Search in Royal Oak, MI is seeking an Associate Attorney to manage a mixed caseload of family law and criminal defense matters. You will handle cases from intake through resolution, appear in court, and work closely with clients in a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is licensed in Michigan, has 2–3 years of litigation experience in the targeted areas, and demonstrates strong research, writing, and advocacy skills to advise clients through high‑stakes

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• Minimum 2–3 years of litigation experience in family law and/or criminal defense.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience, including hearings and motions.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel in divorce, child custody, and support matters.
• Draft and negotiate prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

• Conduct bond hearings and argue motions in criminal cases.
• Manage a full caseload independently, meeting all deadlines.
