• Experience with motion practice and discovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Deposition and courtroom experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Handle written discovery and assist with depositions.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
• Assist in developing case strategy and evaluating claims.
• Support trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings as needed.

• Salary range: $115,000-$170,000 annually + performance bonuses
