What you will do –

We are seeking a motivated and talentedAssociateto join ourProduct Liability Practice Groupinour Philadelphia office. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with hands‑on experience inlitigationto grow their careers in a supportive and fast‑paced environment.

You’ll be a vital member of our team, withhands‑on responsibilityfor day‑to‑day case development—includinghandling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, anddrafting and arguing motions.You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way throughtrial preparation and execution.

We’re looking fora self‑starterwith2+ years of litigation experience, who is eager to develop expertise across a broad range of matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, a high degree of independence and initiative, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the success of our clients.

Basic Qualifications -

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar or ability to become a member of the Pennsylvania Bar
• 2+ years of litigation experience

Preferred Qualifications –

• Understanding of current state and federal procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
