Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Trust & Estate Attorney in New York to join a collegial team that values long-term client relationships. You will handle wills contracts, estate planning, and trusts work directly with clients, with the two Managing Partners closely involved in case work. Medicaid experience is a plus and benefits/bonuses are available.

2+ years of relevant experience are required, and the firm offers flexibility and strong career growth in a reputable multi-state practice.

Qualifications

• Must be barred in NY.
• 2+ years of experience in trust and estate law.
• Experience with wills contracts.
• Experience with estates, trusts and deeds.
• Medicaid experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients on wills contracts and estate planning matters.
• Collaborate with the two Managing Partners on case strategy.
• Provide comprehensive estate and trust guidance to clients.
