Responsibilities include handling matters from inception through resolution, conducting research, drafting motions and pleadings, and supporting discovery and case preparation while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Strong research and writing abilities are essential.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills are required.
• Interest or experience in professional liability or securities litigation is preferred.

• Handle professional liability and securities matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, and case preparation.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
• Assist senior attorneys with litigation strategy and case management.
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to both the New York and New Jersey bars is required.
• At least 3 years of legal experience in in professional liability and/or securities litigation
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest or experience in professional liability and/or securities litigation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
