As part of a highly respected litigation practice, you will handle sophisticated first-party property insurance matters and work closely with experienced attorneys on all stages of litigation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and analyzing insurance claims
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Managing discovery and document review
• Taking and defending depositions
• Attending court hearings and proceedings
• Assisting with coverage analysis and dispute resolution
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues on case strategy

• 1800 billable hours
• Strong litigation and case management skills

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000 plus bonus and benefits

Hybrid Working

This position offers a flexible hybrid working model. Associates are expected to work at least two days per week in the New York City office, with the opportunity to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
