Responsibilities

• Counseling clients
• Drafting pleadings, motions and legal documents
• Legal research and writing
• Court appearances in Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Wyoming, Orleans, Monroe, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties

Qualifications

• One to three years general practice experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit
