The candidate will manage cases from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and discovery, and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials while ensuring strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• Experience handling Automobile and Premises Liability cases.
• Plaintiff and defense experience required.
• ADR experience in arbitrations and mediations.
• Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions.
