Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Nashville seeks an ambitious attorney with 2–4 years in real estate, corporate, or contract law to join our growing legal team.

You will engage in transactional matters, interact with clients, and help craft and review contracts, easements, and corporate documents. You will lead client meetings, contribute to public speaking opportunities, and ensure compliance with local real estate requirements while supporting a collaborative operations group.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law.
• Demonstrated dedication and a strong work ethic in previous roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced software applications.
• Availability during standard business hours with some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of projects and oversee administrative staff.
• Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, and corporate documents.
• Conduct client meetings via phone and in person.
• Lead and chair corporate client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder requirements.
• Efficiently manage electronic task lists and billing processes.
