Job summary

MG+M The Law Firm in Miami is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Miami office immediately. The role will independently manage a litigation caseload, conduct depositions, prepare witnesses for deposition and trial, review and analyze discovery requests, and assist with pleadings and motions.

Qualified candidates will have a JD, at least eight years of defense litigation experience, Florida admission, strong motion practice and deposition experience, and excellent research and writing

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years' defense litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• Experience with motion practice and depositions.
• Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Capable of independent work.
• Work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to analyze complex matters.
