Job summary

W3Global is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Mary Esther, Florida office. The candidate must be a licensed Florida attorney with at least three years of experience in litigation, including real property, construction, or probate matters.

Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills are essential for success in a collaborative, professional environment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • J.D. required; active Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of attorney experience preferred.
  • Litigation experience preferred; property/real estate, construction, or probate exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide thorough analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on a variety of matters.
  • Develop case strategies with senior attorneys and support staff.
  • Manage an active caseload with attention to deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service.

Job description

An established law firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its growing legal team in Mary Esther, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional with at least three years of experience who is seeking to advance the career in a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic legal environment. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Florida attorney with strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Experience in real property litigation, construction law, or contested probate matters is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide thorough legal analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
  • Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and legal support staff.
  • Manage an active caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
