Job summary

Romero Park P.S. in Washington state is seeking an associate to join our high-energy boutique firm. The candidate should be passionate, proactive, and able to contribute to both litigation and transactional matters with an eye toward partnership in a few years.

We welcome a candidate with at least one year of litigation experience, including research, writing, depositions, and handling discovery. Salary is DOE with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year litigation experience required, including research, writing, taking depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, and trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle both litigation and transactional matters as a hybrid associate.
• Conduct thorough research, draft pleadings and briefs, and assist with depositions and discovery.
• Support clients through court proceedings and transactional matters as needed.

We represent businesses and individuals in wide-ranging litigation and transactional issues. We are hiring an associate in our Washington office. We are looking for an associate who is passionate, high-energy, and wants to be a partner in a successful boutique law firm in a few short years. We need an associate who is willing to devote the time and energy to achieve their goal to become a partner.

• Minimum of one year litigation experience required, including research, writing, taking depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, and trial experience.
• Transactional work is also available for the associate who seeks to be a hybrid attorney - handling both litigation and transactional matters.

Salary DOE. Additional Compensation: bonuses.
