Job summary

Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLLC in Honolulu seeks an Associate Attorney to join a leading construction defect practice. You will draft civil pleadings, motions and discovery while working under partners in a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has Hawaii Bar membership, 3–7 years of experience, strong research and writing, and experience with expert witnesses. You will handle cases from intake to trial, contributing to multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii State Bar member in good standing.
• 3–7 years’ experience drafting civil pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses.
• Construction defect and class action experience preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience working closely with expert witnesses.
• Ability to manage files with partner oversight.

• Active member of the Hawaii State Bar in good standing
• 3 to 7 years’ experience drafting civil pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses
• Construction defect and class action experience is a plus.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience working closely and effectively with expert witnesses.
• Ability to undertake responsibility for files with partner oversight.
