The firm's work includes complex liability disputes, catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters, insurance coverage and defense, construction defect claims, oil and gas litigation, agricultural and ranch liability issues, transportation and accident cases, regulatory matters, and a broad range of commercial and general civil litigation.
