Simpson Judge USA in Miami, FL is expanding its Insurance Coverage team and seeks an experienced Insurance Coverage Associate to handle complex multi-million-dollar matters for Fortune 100 clients. The role requires Florida Bar admission, a J.D., and 3+ years in insurance coverage, with strong CGL, D&O, E&O, and property liability knowledge.

Within the role itself, you can expect to represent both domestic and international Fortune100 Companies and Corporations across complex, multi-million- dollar coverage matters, spanning CGL, D&O, E&O, Product Liability, First and Third-Party Property - plus more!

Requirements:

• Florida Bar admittance, and in good standing.
• J.D. obtained from an accredited School of Law.
• At least 3+ years of strong Insurance Coverage exposure.
• Strong understanding and knowledge across CGL, Professional Liability, Property Damage (first/third-party), Bad Faith etc.
• Strong written and oral communication.
