Job summary

Mandarich Law Group, LLP in Dublin, Ohio seeks an Associate Attorney to draft and review summons, complaints, judgments, and settlements, and to file motions. You will communicate with counsel, employers, and consumers to resolve accounts and suits, and attend hearings, trials, and depositions as part of a high-volume caseload.

Applicants must be Ohio-licensed and may have other state licenses. Travel is required and reimbursed; proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio; additional licensure in other states welcomed.
• Willingness to travel; travel expenses reimbursed per IRS rates and firm policy.
• Ability to multi-task with strong verbal and written communication for a high-volume caseload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mandarich Law Group is a leading creditor’s rights law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA, and FL. We are hiring an Associate Attorney for our Dublin, Ohio office.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review summons, complaints, judgments, settlement agreements, discovery, and related documentation.
• Draft, review, and file litigation motions and responses.
• Communicate with attorneys, employers, and consumers to resolve accounts and suits.
• Review lawsuits and new or ongoing legal pleadings and documents.
• Attend hearings, trials, and depositions.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio. Additional licensure in other states (e.g., SC, IA, MO, KS, NY, NV, NE, ID, CA, WA, OR, AK, HI, NC, IL) is welcomed.
• Comfortable appearing in court with consistent punctuality using personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel as required; the firm reimburses travel expenses per IRS mileage rates and approved firm expenses.
• Ability to multi-task with strong verbal and written communication skills for a high-volume caseload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
