• Independently handle 1st and 3rd party auto litigation is required;
• Development of case strategy and advise Firm clients accordingly;
• Preparation of Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries;
• Ability to conduct discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions;
• Working in both State and Federal Courts;

Experience

• Prior experience with tracking billable hours is preferred but not required;
• Prior Trial experience is preferred not required

Skills/Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan
