Job summary

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer (QPWB) seeks licensed attorneys with 3–10 years of General Liability defense experience to join our Denver office. You will manage claims from initial handling through trial and appeal, defending employers, carriers, and self-insureds.

You'll draft reports, participate in discovery, attend court, take depositions, and draft motions for summary judgment. The firm offers robust benefits, mentoring, and growth opportunities within a large, woman- and minority-owned

Qualifications

• Colorado-licensed attorney with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling general liability matters and defending auto and premises claims.

Responsibilities

• Draft initial, interim, pre-trial, and appellate reports and participate in trials.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and related motions.
• Attend court appearances and take/defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Draft motions for summary judgment and related pleadings.

At QPWB, our General Liability Practice Group is composed of seasoned attorneys dedicated to assisting a diverse range of clients, including employers, carriers, third‑party administrators, and self‑insureds, in the defense of general liability actions. From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. As an Attorney specializing in general liability, your role will involve:

• Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre‑trial reports, trials, and appellate activity
• Draft discovery and respond to discovery
• Draft and respond to discovery‑related motions
• Regularly attend court appearances
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
• Draft motions for summary judgment
