Job summary

Faber and Brand, LLC, a Columbia, MO law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney for our civil practice with potential courtroom experience, legal research and writing, and negotiations. Remote work is available, and we offer a comprehensive compensation package and training in a supportive environment.

The role reports to the CEO and requires a J.D. plus active license in one of our practicing states, along with strong MS Office, data-entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and follow policies while maintaining confidentiality.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Faber and Brand, LLC, is a highly successful law firm in Columbia, MO employing several attorneys who practice in many states with a focus on creditors’ rights, including some of the nation's largest financial institutions, hospitals, and insurance companies. Our outstanding team is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing civil practice. There are opportunities for courtroom experience, legal research and writing, negotiations, business and workflow management, intellectual technology, and more! We offer in-depth training, room for advancement for motivated candidates, as well as a comfortable compensation package that does not require billable hours.

Remote work is available.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Court appearances (which include trave)l.
2. Drafting and/or reviewing legal correspondence and pleadings.
3. Able to be organized and responsible for daily personal tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
