Job summary

Brock & Scott is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle foreclosure and eviction matters on behalf of clients in Tennessee. The role requires applying legal knowledge to move the foreclosure process efficiently and ethically from pleadings through resolution.

You will prepare and review foreclosure related pleadings, manage contested foreclosures, participate in mediations and hearings, and provide regular updates to clients. Additional duties and special projects may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Tennessee.
• Strong litigation skills and knowledge of foreclosure processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities
