McKenzie & Associates, P.C. seeks to hire a litigation associate with 3-5 years of diverse litigation experiences in Massachusetts and Federal Courts. The successful candidate should have proven litigation skills, excellent research and writing skills, and an ability to work with minimum supervision on matters before the Superior Court, the Probate Court, the Land Court, and the US District Court involving business and fiduciary disputes.

The Firm has been equipped with remote practice resources 2015 and offers its attorneys the option splitting their time between remote and in office practice. The firm will also consider filling this position with two half-time attorneys.
