Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) invites experienced attorneys to join the General Liability Practice Group in Boise.

The role focuses on defending a broad spectrum of General Liability matters, including automobile and trucking cases, from initial claims through trial and appeal. With 5–10 years of experience, you will review medical records, draft motions, prepare for depositions, and appear in court as needed.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Idaho and licensed to practice in the state.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex legal issues.
• Excellent research skills and ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally.
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
• Regularly attend court appearances and participate in depositions.
• Draft motions for summary judgments.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare summaries of medical records to advocate for clients.
• Draft motions and attend hearings to represent clients in court.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions as needed.
• Draft initial, interim, pre-trial and appellate reports and filings.
• Respond to discovery requests and draft related motions.

General Liability Practice Group

At QPWB, our General Liability Practice Group is composed of seasoned attorneys dedicated to assisting a diverse range of clients, including employers, carriers, third party administrators, and self-insureds, in the defense of General Liability actions. From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. As an Attorney specializing in General Liability, your role will involve:

• Reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records to effectively advocate for clients.
• Drafting motions and attending hearings to represent clients in court.
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as needed.
• Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity.
• Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery-related motions.
• Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
