Job summary

We are looking for an attorney with prior experience practicing law who is interested in joining an established firm and working with clients across a variety of practice areas. This position involves advising clients, preparing legal documents, and managing matters start to finish with the support of experienced attorneys and staff.

• Active Indiana law license in good standing
• Prior experience practicing law
• Strong legal writing and document-drafting skills
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client matters
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and staff
• Experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, business law, real estate, and/or Medicaid and long-term care planning is preferred, but not required
• Availability to work in person at our Bluffton, Indiana office.
